Our 50-minute online therapy sessions are designed for individuals ready to grow, gain clarity, and step into their Sure Self.

 

Held weekly or fortnightly, Flow Sessions create a steady rhythm for your progress. Through self-awareness, confidence-building, and empowerment, you’ll receive personalised support, tailored resources, and clear focus areas - keeping you on track and supported every step of the way.

Hyperfocus & MOT Sessions

$195 Daytime | $210 Evening

75-minute extended online sessions designed for deep reflection and a proactive, focused approach. Whether you want to explore a specific challenge in depth or give yourself a general emotional MOT, these sessions create space for meaningful insight and clarity.

 

Scheduled monthly or as needed, they help you gain perspective, uncover key focus areas, and walk away with a clear plan to guide your progress between sessions.
